34 Rescued at the Nepal Border

23 women and 11 girls were rescued at the border of Nepal from traffickers trying to sneak them out of the country.

Most survivors decline to press charges in these situations to avoid community stigma, but this time one brave family chose to prosecute the trafficker! Hopefully this will embolden others to help us not only rescue survivors, but hold traffickers accountable as well.

Thanks to our border agents, these people will never see what REALLY awaited them on the other side.
