20 girls choose freedom in Uganda
The survivors, ages 13 to 17, have all entered our residential home
All of these children were selling themselves to survive. They carry with them heartbreaking stories: almost half have suffered the loss of a parent, and a few were abandoned at a young age to live with elderly grandparents or completely alone.
Seven have children of their own to care for as the result of their exploitation.
In our residential home, these precious girls will experience the unconditional love of our staff and begin their healing journeys.
