Destiny Rescue is an international non-profit organization with a single mission - to rescue children from sexual exploitation and human trafficking and help them stay free. Using our network of highly-trained agents, we seek out trafficked and sexually exploited kids, rescue them and build individualized Freedom Plans™  to equip them to live a life of freedom. We conduct rescue and reintegration operations in five regions across Asia, Africa and Latin America. Description

Assist and support the Country Manager with; 

  • Compliance and Due Diligence Requirements 
  • New and Emerging Projects (Research and Development)
  • Project Liaison (facilitate reporting, communication and coordination with other Projects)
  • Implement and support rescue roles in line with Destiny Rescue's operational protocols.
  • Strategy and Development (contribute to the development and review of country-level strategic plans)
  • Administration Tasks as required
Job Responsibilities
  • Experience working within administration, scheduling and assisting to a high level
  • Demonstrated experience in compliance, due diligence or program management in a development or NGO context. 
  • Experience working on or liaising with cross-border projects, particularly in South Asia.
  • Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written) is required. 
  • Fluency in Nepali is highly desirable. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent record keeping and document management. 
  • Excellent management of policy compliance. 
  • Understanding of anti-trafficking frameworks and survivor-centred approaches.
