Thank You, Australia!

As the income year in Australia comes to an end, we want to thank you for your generosity. Since July 2015, Destiny Rescue’s supporters in Australia have given over $2.5 million! Here’s an overview of some of our accomplishments.
We’ve rescued 170 kids. One hundred seventy children who were being sexually exploited have been given a chance at a new life. We recently reached 1500 rescues since 2011!
We’ve provided high-quality aftercare programmes to rescued girls. Our rescue homes are designed to help girls stay out of the sex trade. We give the girls a safe place to live with loving house parents, good meals, classes in our Learning Centres, the chance to attend school or a prevocational training programme, counselling, and ongoing support as they transition out of our care.
We’ve cared for children in our prevention homes. Destiny Rescue’s prevention homes are a safe place for at-risk kids to live. Our homes provide the structure and stability the kids need to succeed in their studies, which will prepare them for bright futures. Between our rescue and prevention homes, we provide hundreds of thousands of meals for kids each year.
We’ve supported kids in local communities. Dozens of children who don’t live in one of Destiny Rescue’s homes still benefit from our programmes. We support their families so that they can get regular meals and attend school, reducing the chance that they’ll enter the sex trade.
We’ve trained new staff members. Several of our rescue homes have hired new teachers and caseworkers. These local staff members are invaluable for their ability to connect with the girls in their own language and culture.
Destiny Rescue has been blessed with thousands of supporters who stand behind our mission to end child sexual exploitation. With your support, we’ll keep fighting until there are no more kids to rescue.
On behalf of all our kids, staff and volunteers across the world—thank you!
