Donating on a one off basis is a great way to celebrate things like tax refunds, work bonuses, inheritances and the long awaited filling of the piggy bank.  You can choose to give to a specific appeal or project or donate to wherever the greatest need is at the time.  Either way you will know that you contribution is working to give a child a better and brighter future.   Choosing the General Donations link allows you to choose from donating to Orphanage Support, Child Prostitution Prevention, Child Prostitution Rescue or the Greatest Need or you can choose the Appeals link to donate to current projects or emergency responses.

General donation

Donating through the general donations page you can choose to give to –

• Orphanage Support
• Child Prostitution Prevention
• Child Prostitution Rescue
• Greatest Need

When children have no family left or it is no longer safe for them to return home, Destiny Rescue cares for them in a home style orphanage.  Donating to Orphanage Support will direct your contribution towards the general running costs of these homes.  Things like maintenance and upgrading of the building and equipment, sports equipment, art supplies and fishing trips on the weekends. 

Child Prostitution Prevention

The Child Prostitution Prevention program is about empowering parents and children, giving them access to information and choices.  Money donated to this area will go towards meeting the costs of our teams who travel the remote village areas talking to village elders, parents and children and running larger scale community education and awareness programs.  Your donation will produce leaflets and education materials in one of the many local dialects and ensure that parents and children alike, know who they can contact when confronted by sex trade recruiters.

Child Prostitution Rescue

You could be the reason that the next child is rescued from a brothel.   Our undercover teams follow up leads gathered by the Child Prevention Team, go into brothels and rescue girls.  By donating to Child Prostitution Rescue you will be helping cover the costs of investigation, travel and the actual rescue costs to bring a girl from a life of rape and abuse to a safe and secure environment where they can heal and begin a new future. 

Greatest Need

This will direct your donation the area of greatest need at the time.  This could be Orphanage Support, Child Prostitution Prevention, Child Prostitution Rescue, one of the Appeals or an emergency situation like flood or famine.
