Destiny Rescue’s 2020 Vision

“Dare to enter the darkness to pull another into the light.”- Tony Kirwan, President & Founder of Destiny Rescue

Any organization that wants to successfully achieve its vision and mission must set goals and objectives for the future and put a strategic plan in place that will help guide it to that end. Destiny Rescue is no exception; that’s why we’ve been strategically planning for 2015 and well into the future.

Our goal: To rescue 100,000 children from the sex industry by the end of the year 2020. To accomplish this aggressive objective, we plan on doubling our rescue efforts each year until December 31, 2020. The campaign started in 2011 with a goal of rescuing 100 children from sexual exploitation; we exceeded it by rescuing 105. In 2012, we doubled our target to 200 rescues, and yet again, we exceeded it!  In 2013 we doubled our target get again, and beat it once more.  In 2014 we missed the mark and fell short of our target, but 2015 looks set to be our biggest year yet, and will put us back on track to seeing our vision fulfilled!

We’re asking YOU to do something and get someone else to do the same. Yes, get one other person to participate at the same commitment level as you. For example, if you are currently involved in the Adopt a Home program, get one other person to join in 2015. If you signed up to rescue a child, then get one other individual to do the same this year. Or if you want to give a substantial financial gift to support one of our many projects, get one other friend or business partner to give the same monetary donation. Together, we can liberate and empower children, helping them step into their God-given destinies, and step up the fight against child exploitation!
