Writers & Admin Needed!
Are you a creative writer, a gifted admin person or do you have the ability to grasp concepts and organize them into a variety of reports? Destiny Rescue is an international, Christian based, non-profit organization committed to rescuing and restoring children that have been trafficked and enslaved in sexually exploitive situations worldwide. We currently rescue children and operate our various aftercare programs in six nations: Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, India and Mozambique. And we have two primary funding nations with offices in Australia and the United States. Our international headquarters is located in Chiang Rai, Thailand, a small city nestled in the breathtaking, picturesque mountains of northern Thailand. In order for Destiny Rescue to function effectively and efficiently with the growing demands of children entering our care, we need more qualified and experienced personnel, especially in the areas of copywriting/ creative writing, report writing and administrative responsibilities.
We’re looking to hire:
2 – Experienced copywriter/ creative writer assistants that can work in a team environment and can complete assignments on time. Responsibilities will include writing newsletter articles, blog posts on various topics, inspiring rescue stories, and press releases. In addition, they will help create quality content for brochures and promotional material, etc. This role will be a voice for these precious children and will effectively communicate their stories and the mission and vision of Destiny Rescue to people all over the world. 6 month commitment required.
3 – Report writers that can work in a team environment and can complete assignments on time. Responsibilities include being able to research, collect and compile weekly and fortnightly reports, international reports, grant proposals, project progress reports, annual reports and general office administrative work. Organizational and communication skills are essential for this position. Experience preferred, 1 year commitment required.
2 – Administration staff that can work in a team environment and can complete assignments in a timely manner. This position requires a person that is organized, can take on a responsibility without being micromanaged and can communicate effectively in written form. Responsibilities include writing and distributing child profiles and child sponsorship updates, data collection, facilitating correspondence between children and their sponsors and management of child records. Admin experience preferred, 6 month commitment required.
