Destiny Rescue strictly requires all minors below the age of 16 to be supervised by an adult guardian or a parent.
Destiny Rescue strongly urges all participants to seek medical advice, and to advise Destiny Rescue and it's volunteers and agents of any medical conditions prior to their participation in the event.
The participant acknowledges that Destiny Rescue and it's volunteers and agents have not made any recommendations or given any medical advice to the participant regarding their suitability to participate in this fundraising event. The participant taking part does so at their own risk, hereby irrevocably indemnifying Destiny Rescue and it's volunteers and agents from any and all criminal or civil action, arising from any death or injuries that may result from participating.
In no event shall Destiny Rescue or any third parties mentioned on this website, be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the Make A Stand event, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory, and whether or not Destiny Rescue is advised of the possibility of such damages.
